Last night I was pretty bummed at first. I had zero plans. I decided that I would get all dressed up and gorgeous and someone would have to feel my gorgeous sensation and invite me to do something. Well I got all dressed up and this is how I turned out:

But still no one called. I finally decided to just go to the fireworks all by myself. (Mom....are you listening to this?!) I bought a chair for $10. I drove and found a killer parking spot. I brought my iPod and cell phone just in case.

When I got to the high school where everyone said to sit and watch the fireworks I got a call from my friend Jen. She said, "Where you be at?!" I laughed and told her I was at the high school. She said, "WHAT?! So am I! Come sit with us!" So I spent a good 10 minutes trying to find her. She ran up to me when she saw me first and gave me a huge hug. I didn't use my chair because she shared her blanket with me. We watched the fireworks and I no longer felt like a loser. Ahhhh cute. I know. BUT wait! It get's better.

After the fireworks a new guy friend that I've been talking to, named Josh, called me and asked me to go and get Italian sodas with him! He came and picked me up. We found this cute coffee shop and sat and talked for a few hours. (He bought my drink by the way.) He is in education as well and is really cool. I might even get a summer sports activity job with him (cross my fingers). Anyway, my night rocked!

Oh, and I might have found some roommates Mom! I will be meeting them sometime today to talk and get a feel for each other! I feel so good right now!
