Have any of you heard of this yet?
So I have started the 30 day challenge with my sister, Kristy. I just did the pre-assessment.
7 exercises, 50 seconds each, 10 seconds in between:
Squat jumps: 27
Push ups (the girl ones): 13
Burpees (KILL ME): 7
High Knees: 68
Switch Lunges: 17
Tuck Jumps (KILL ME): 11
Straight Abs: 47
Each day this site posts a new video that is no longer than 10 minutes usually with a kick butt workout routine. After the 30 days, I will re-assess my abilities to do these exercises in the time allotment and see how I've improved.
(Look what just came in the mail too!!!)
